Afraid Of Another Fall? 7 Tips To Help You Avoid Another Fall And Improve Your Balance

LACEY (WA) – Over the last few weeks we’ve covered a lot of ground related to balance and osteoporosis and osteopenia. This included a wide range of topics including; how it’s not normal to shrink, ways to gain height, and what can be done about soft bones. We also covered what could be causing falls in you or a loved one and what you can do to prevent them at home. The common signs and symptoms to look out for when it comes to wobbly balance and an increased risk of falls. Why a doctor would be telling you to stop bending from the spine and how you can achieve that when it comes to having osteoporosis or osteopenia. The two types of vertigo and how to manage “BPPV”. And lastly, we spent some time on how we helped a past patient regain her confidence in her balance and mobility.

With any luck, you’ve had a chance to digest some of this information, and maybe you’ve even started trying some of the tips that I’ve given you over the last few weeks. Or perhaps you’ve been able to share this information with a friend or loved one who’s been struggling with the fear of falling and would like to take back control on their life? If this sounds like you or a loved one, and you’d like even more information about how to avoid another fall, regain confidence and maintain independence, I have even more valuable information that I want to share with you today!
