This book covers myths about aging as well as common mistakes people make about aging. There are patient stories interwoven in the book to make it relatable and create a better understanding of the journey of aging with physical therapy as your best partner. As a physical therapist, I have seen people age well and not so well. I have seen people do extremely well despite arthritis and recover from surgeries.
