Do you want more energy or improved physical performance? Or how about knowing if your nutrition plan is working?

Then this free wellness/nutrition workshop is for you!

In the last few weeks of the healthy tips series we have covered how the right nutrition improves youthful gene expression (the study of epigenetics & how that is helping people feel younger), hydration and the anti-inflammatory diet. Diseases that are linked to chronic systemic inflammation: diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, depression, arthritis to name a few, the fastest easiest ways to decrease inflammation, and how antioxidants help protect our eyes from blindness (aging macular degeneration). And last week you could request my free “Healthy Tips Report” that covered: posture, falls, stretching and more!

Well that is quite a bit to cover in 7 weeks!  That is why we decided with all the interest and requests for antioxidant scans to hold a free wellness/nutrition workshop!  Get your antioxidant scan score for free at this workshop if you bring a friend with you! (Normally $25).

This science based wellness/nutrition workshop is for you if:

  • You want to know what nutrients are key for energy and improving physical performance. (We will cover the science that has been used in elite athletes and with sedentary individuals)
  • Or, you want to know which nutrients help with cognition, mental sharpness, and memory (according to the science of course!)
  • You want to know if your nutritional plan is working with the antioxidant scan test. And we’ll tell you what it means for your overall health.
  • If you want to know what key nutrients are needed for longevity and optimal wellness
  • You want to know what the most common mineral and vitamin deficiencies are

It’s hard to believe that we live in an age with instant technology that can scan our hand and tell us if the antioxidants from fruits and vegetables in our diet is adequate.  But who knew 20 years ago that we would have a computer in the palm of our hand called a “smart phone?”

The important thing is that you take the opportunity to use the technology to help you make the best decisions for your health.  Your lifestyle, nutrition, & your sleep all have an impact on your risk factors for developing certain diseases.  Of course your genetics plays a role and the environment but those things you cannot control.  Instead, focus on what you can control and get the right information and tests to set yourself up for the best chance of having a long life full of mental sharpness and vigor!  No one can guarantee that a disease won’t strike, but if you can do everything to limit your risk factors why wouldn’t you do that?

For example did you know that if you are in the bottom 1/3 for Vitamin B12 levels that you are at 6x increased risk for BRAIN volume loss!  If you suffer from GERD and take drugs like Prilosec you can’t absorb vitamin B12!  Symptoms of B12 deficiency include irritability, apathy, depression, memory loss, dementia, anxiety, chronic fatigue, tremors, GI problems and the list goes on.

This nutritional/wellness workshop will give you valuable information for your health and help you be aware of symptoms that may not need a drug but instead need adequate nutrition/vitamin intake! In fact, a psychiatrist, Dr. Louis Cady, MD founded the Cady Wellness Institute because he realized traditional medicine was failing to help his psychiatric patients; when he started to evaluate their nutrition and antioxidant levels he was able to help them.  It often is a case of both holistic medicine and traditional medicine working together.

If you want to know if your nutritional plan is working and learn what nutrients (according to the literature) help with energy, performance, cognition then this workshop is for you!  If you want to make the best decisions to support the body’s natural processes for living life to the fullest then this workshop is for you.

The workshop is Jan. 17th 6-7pm and due to its popularity we recommend immediate RSVP.
