Stop That Outside Foot Pain Now!

Is your 2nd toe longer than your first?  Then you do not push off correctly with your big toe.  You will start to shift your weight more and more to the outside to the smaller bones of your foot.  You may compress and cause the lateral side (outside) of your foot to become very painful and unstable.  Many times you don’t even notice where you push off as you are walking.  Pay attention if you have your 2nd toe longer than your first what you push off the ground with!  This condition is called “Morton’s Toe.” How do I fix Morton’s toe?
